ORDER STAGE
First, get in touch with us. The Lucamore sales and design team will introduce suitable models for your space during an initial meeting, and you can choose the desired model. If needed, our design team will create a custom model tailored to your space and provide you with a 3D file of the design.
After the final approval of the design by the client or team, the design is prepared. After the design approval, a price proposal detailing the project costs is sent to the client. Upon receipt of payment, the design is sent to the production unit, and the manufacturing process begins.
When the work enters the production stage, each part of the design is manufactured with very high precision and sensitivity by the specialized execution team. Given the handcrafted nature of the products, accuracy at this stage is crucial. Quality control is conducted separately for each part. Before final packaging, the products are checked once again by the quality control manager according to the order list to ensure they are sent to customers in the best possible condition. Typically, production takes between 30 to 60 days
After the products are sent to the project, the installation team, under the supervision of the technical and artistic manager, proceeds with the installation of the products according to the pre-specified plan. At the end, the product is once again approved by the customer. According to company policies and in order to improve the design, production, and installation process, feedback is requested from the esteemed customer
